摘要
目的 观察两种浓度透明质酸(hyaluronicacid,HA)(1%HA,1.5×106D,1.4%HA,5×106D)和纤维粘合剂(fibrinsealant,FS)对大鼠切口愈合的影响。方法 16只SD大鼠,背部两侧做四个约1cm切口,分别做空白对照、1%HA、1.4%HA、FS组,术后1天、1周、4周、12周处死动物,取材,HE染色进行成纤维细胞计数,Masson染色进行胶原含量测定,测定伤口愈合强度。结果 1%HA组,1.4%HA组和FS组炎症细胞少,对照组皮肤附属器少,胶原致密成束,间隙小。HA组和FS组表皮与周围基本一致,胶原排列有序,胶原间隙较大。伤口愈合强度各组与对照组没有区别。结论 HA抑制成纤维细胞增生,减少胶原含量抑制疤痕,伤口愈合强度未受影响,FS通过内源性伤口愈合机制,促进伤口愈合。
Objective To probe the effect of HA of two concentrations and fibrin sealant on the wound healing of SD rat.Methods 16 male SD rats were used for this study.Four 1cm length incisions performed in each rat was respectively served as control,1%HA,1.4%HA,fibrin sealant group.Fibroblast,collagen content and tension were measured.Result In HA and fibrin sealant group,the inflamatory cell appeared less than control,the epithelia looked like normal skin,the conllagn was more randomly organized.There weren't different in the tension strength of the wound.Conclusion HA inhibited the proliferation of fibroblast,decreased the collagen content.Fibrin sealant could inhibited scar through machine of endocrine homeostasis and adhensive property.
