摘要
目的观察手法复位小夹板固定治疗踝关节骨折的临床疗效。方法 52例踝关节骨折患者采用手法复位小夹板固定治疗。观察骨折愈合时间及踝关节功能评分变化等。结果平均骨折愈合时间为(39.58±3.36)天,6周愈合率为100%;AOFAS评分为(84.23±12.77)分,优良率为82.69%。结论手法复位小夹板固定治疗踝关节骨折临床疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of manual reduction and splintage in the treatment of ankle fracture.Methods Fifty-two subjects were treated by manual reduction and splintage.The fracture-healing time and ankle function were evaluated.Results The average fracture-healing time was（39.58±3.36） days,with the healing rate within six months of 100%;AOFAS score was（84.23±12.77） points,with the excellent rate of 82.69%.Conclusion Manual reduction and splintage is quite effective for ankle fracture.
