摘要
目的:探索在《中医学综合实验》课程中开展PBL教学。方法:依据课程教学目的,确立PBL具体教学目标,选择我国常见病临床经验总结到动物实验相互衔接的3个案例,分4个单元小班PBL教学;在课程结束之际开展评价及学生无记名填写调查问卷。结果:连续3年开展了PBL教学,共计有232名学生参加,每年平行开设的4个PBL班均顺利完成教学任务。调查表明,学生对PBL教学的形式和内容给予了充分的肯定,赞同本课程PBL形式和内容者占90%、认为有助于培养知识交叉渗透和融会贯通者占95%、认为有助于激发好奇心和调动其主观能动性者占93%、认为有助于培养创造能力者占84%,达到了教学目的。结论:本课程PBL教学设计与实施是可行的,对于提高实验中医学课程体系的教学质量,加强中医药人才科研素质与能力等的培养是有益的。
Objective: To explore the problem-based learning(PBL) teaching in Comprehensive Experiment of Traditional Chinese Medicine courses.Methods: Based on teaching purposes,the specific PBL teaching objectives were established,three cases of clinical common diseases which were linked up from clinical experience to animal experiment were chosen,and the PBL teaching was performed in four units.In the end of the course,the teaching evaluations were carried out,and the students filled out anonymous questionnaires.Results: The PBL teaching had been carried out for three years,a total of 232 students took part in the course,and four PBL teaching classes successfully completed the task of teaching every year.The survey showed that the students confirmed the form and contents of PBL teaching,and the teaching purpose was achieved.The survey results in detail were as follows: 90% of the students approved the form and contents of PBL teaching,95% of the students agreed that the PBL teaching could help cultivate the cross-penetration and mastery of knowledge,93% of the students considered that it would help stimulate their curiosity and initiative,84% of the students thought that it would help cultivate the creative ability.Conclusion: The design and practice of PBL teaching of Comprehensive Experiments of Traditional Chinese Medicine course are feasible,and it can enhance the teaching quality of experimental Chinese medicine curriculum and strengthen the cultivation of research ability.
