摘要
SPR是一种物理光学现象,而且SPR对金属表面附近的折射率的变化极为敏感,为了研究棱镜SPR的反射特性,本文对表面等离子体波共振现象产生的原理和影响SPR传感器灵敏度的因素进行了阐述。文中根据角度调制方式利用MATLAB软件对棱镜型SPR在不同待测物质和不同金属膜厚度时的特性曲线进行了仿真分析,并根据波长调制方式对棱镜SPR在不同待测物质中的反射曲线及不同金属膜厚度的反射曲线及不同入射角度下的反射曲线运用MATLAB进行了仿真分析,得到的实验结果和理论分析相吻合。
The principle of surface plasmon resonance phenomenon and factors that affect the sensitivity of SPR sensor described in the paper.In order to study the reflection characteristics of prism SPR,this paper discussed the generation principle of the surface plasma wave resonance phenomenon and influence factors of SPR sensor sensitivity.According to the angle modulation method,this paper use MATLAB software simulate and analysis the properties of curves which are the type of prism SPR for the different material and different thickness of metal film,and according to the wavelength modulated simulate and analysis reflection curves which are the type of prism SPR in different reflection material and the thickness of the metal film and different incident angles,the experiment results and the theoretical analysis are identical with each other.
