Barrett食管发生的分子机制 被引量:1

摘要 依据组织学分型,食管癌主要有两种,即鳞状细胞癌和腺癌。食管鳞状细胞癌好发于食管的中上段,来源于食管鳞状上皮细胞,而食管腺癌主要位于食管下段,来源于化生的肠腺上皮细胞,即Barrett食管(Barrett’s esophagus,BE)。我们收集近期文献并结合工作对BE的发生机制做一综合复习。
