摘要
以W粉和Ti粉为原料,采用真空热压烧结工艺制备了W-10%Ti合金,研究了烧结温度对W-Ti合金的相组成、微观形貌和硬度的影响。结果表明,合金主要由富W固溶体、富Ti固溶体和心部未发生扩散的α-Ti相组成。随烧结温度的升高,W与Ti的相互固溶度增大,α-Ti相的残余量减少,1400℃烧结的W-Ti合金中部分富Ti固溶体发生了共析转变。合金的致密度和维氏硬度均随烧结温度的升高先增大后减小,在1300℃时有最大值,分别达99.4%和6.3 GPa。
W-10%Ti alloy was fabricated by vacuum hot-pressing using W and Ti mixed powders as raw materials.The effect of sintering temperature on phase composition,microstructure and hardness of the alloy was studied.The W-Ti alloy sintered at different temperatures consist of W-rich solid solution phase,Ti-rich solid solution phase and remained α-Ti phase.With increasing the sintering temperature,the solid solubility between W and Ti increases and remained α-Ti phase decreases.A eutectoid phase transformation takes place in Ti-rich solid solution phase with higher amount of W,when the alloy is hot pressed at 1400 ℃.Both the relative density and the Vickers hardness of the alloy increase firstly,and then decrease with increasing sintering temperature,reaching the maximum value of 99.4% and 6.3 GPa at 1300 ℃,respectively.
