从教与学及实验室自身发展的角度阐述体育院、系实验室开放的必要性及现实意义，并就开放的具体措施提出了意见。
This paper stated the necessity and reality of the laboratory opening of physical education colleges or deparments in detail from the aspects of teaching, studying and the development of laboratory itself and gave out the advice on some measures of the opening.
