城轨牵引永磁同步电机驱动系统效率优化控制 被引量:7

摘要 针对城轨牵引内置式永磁同步电机直接转矩控制(IPMSM-DTC)系统存在谐波电压电流,引起电机铁芯损耗和铜损,降低系统运行效率的问题,提出基于开关频率优化的效率优化控制策略,选择自适应滞环宽度,采用零矢量象限间交错分布的优化方法,利用功率器件开关频率,优化PWM脉冲序列中零矢量;开发基于STM32F103嵌入式微控制器的效率优化控制系统。实验结果表明:该方法可以抑制逆变器输出电压电流谐波,减小开关次数,降低开关电流,从而减少电机铁芯损耗和铜损,提高系统效率,并改善系统的动态性能。 Based on the fact that harmonic voltage and harmonic current will produce core loss and copper loss to reduce the operation efficiency in the direct torque control system of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM-DTC) for urban rail traction,efficiency optimization control strategy was presented based on switching frequency optimization.The adaptive hysteresis band value and optimized null vector distribution method were adopted to utilize the switching frequency of power device and optimize null vector to PWM.Efficiency optimization control system was implemented using a STM32F103 embedded microcontroller.The results show that the harmonic waveform of inverter is restrained,the switching times and switching current are decreased,the core loss and copper loss are reduced to increase the efficiency of IPMSM and the dynamic and static performances of the system are improved.
