摘要 在造纸法烟草薄片的生产中,为了满足烟草薄片物理性能以及保证纸机运行稳定性的需要,需添加一定量的外加植物纤维,如针叶木浆和阔叶木浆。本研究考察了外加植物纤维的打浆度、添加量以及种类对烟草薄片物理性能的影响。结果表明:北木牌针叶木漂白硫酸盐浆和鹦鹉牌桉木漂白硫酸盐浆更适合烟草薄片的生产,合适的添加量为22%左右(对绝干烟草浆),其中针叶木浆与阔叶木浆的比例为4:6或3:7,且打浆度不宜太高。 In the production of paper-process reconstituted tobacco, wood fiber is added to satisfy the physical properties of the base sheet and guarantee the runnability of the paper machines, such as soft wood pulp and Eucalyptus pulp. The beating degree, dosage and categories of the wood pulp on the physical properties of paper-process reconstituted tobacco were studied. The results show that mixing of Northwood softwood bleached kraft pulp with Araeruz Eucalyptus bleached kraft pulp at a dry weight ratio of 4:6 or 3:7 can be suitable for reconstituted tobacco with adding dosage of 22% (based on the dry weight of tobacco pulp) and the beating degree not being too high.
