摘要
提出了基于面阵CCD的蜗杆误差非接触式检测方法,对蜗杆的误差检测进行了实验研究,获得了被测蜗杆的实测数据,实验结果验证了检测系统的可行性和正确性。
The planar double-enveloping worm is an important transmission form in mechanical transmission.The paper puts forward a new measurement system for worm error detecting based on image processing technology,CCD technology,The experiments study on error detecting of planar double-enveloping worm based on current experimental condition is carried out.And the real data of the measured worm is acquired.The feasibility and correctness of error measurement system are proved by experiment results.
