摘要
针对微波功率放大器使用中的安全,在对中功率放大器可能产生失配原因及失配机理进行分析的基础上,确立负载失配时需要保护的器件、参数以及由保护电路的响应时间决定的操作时序。提出保护电路的基本模块、保护电路的实现形式及需要解决的关键技术,并通过实际电路的应用,来验证设计方法的可行性。
Aiming at the safety of power amplifier (PA) in application, this paper analyzes the reasons that intermediate power amplifier (IPA) may generate mismatch and its mismatch mechanism. Based on this analysis, it establishes the devices to be protected when mismatch occurs and the parameters as well as the operation sequence decided by the response time of protection circuit. Finally, this paper proposed the basic module, realization form and key techniques to be implemented of protection circuit. The feasibility of this design method is validated in actual application of circuit.
