摘要
目的考察硫磺熏蒸前后对不同产地当归中主要化学成分阿魏酸含量的影响。方法采用RP-HPLC法对3个不同产地经过硫磺熏蒸与未经过硫磺熏蒸的当归中阿魏酸的含量进行测定,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(17∶83),流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为316 nm。结果样品平均回收率为112.87%,RSD=4.4%(n=6)。在当归的加工炮制中,经过硫磺熏蒸的当归中阿魏酸的含量分别为0.047%(产地甘肃)、0.057%(产地四川)、0.051%(产地云南);未经过硫磺熏蒸的当归中阿魏酸含量分别为0.139%(产地甘肃)、0.076%(产地四川)、0.059%(产地云南)。结论在当归的炮制加工中,硫磺熏蒸对当归中阿魏酸的含量影响较大。
Objective To investigate the effect of sulfur fumigation on the contents of ferulic acid,the main chemical constituents of Radix angelicae sinensis.Methods The contents of ferulic acid in both sulfur fumigated and un-fumigated Radix angelicae sinensis from three habitats were analysed with RP-HPLC,by using Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with acetonitrile-0.085% phosphoric acid solution(17∶83) as mobile phase,flow rate at 1.0 mL/min,column temperature of 35 ℃,and the detection wavelength of 316 nm.Results The average recovery rate was 112.87%,and the RSD was 4.4%(n=6).The ferulic acid contents in Radix angelicae sinensis processed with sulfur fumigation were 0.047,0.057 and 0.051 respectively,and the ferulic acid contents in Radix angelicae sinensis processed without sulfur fumigation were 0.139%,0.076% and 0.059% respectively.Conclusion Sulfur fumigation had great effects on the contents of ferulic acid in the processing of Radix angelicae sinensis.
