The development process and latest developments of mould preparation methods of micro-nano laminated functional composite were described. The new mould preparation methods of micro-nano laminated functional composite were described working principle and technical advantages of the new cascade device were described too. The excellent performance of micro-nano laminated functional composite in barrier property, optical property, mechanical properties and conductive property was discussed.
