摘要
本文采用对比的方法提出并归纳了普通高校科学研究的一般特点。然后对普通高校科学研究定位和发展方向进行了探讨，并提出若干保证措施。
This paper proposes the necessity for ordinary institues of higher education todevelop scientific research, and sumtnarizes the features of scientific research with con-trastive means, and inquires into the orientation and development of scientific research andgives a number of assured measures.
