原位沉积碳酸镁制备保温隔热纸的工艺

Preparation Technology of Heat Insulation Paper Based on In-Situ Deposition of Magnesium Carbonate

摘要 研究在阔叶木浆纤维的细胞内原位沉积碳酸镁的工艺条件及用其制备隔热纸的可行性。隔热纸的最佳制备工艺条件:预浸时间20min,反应时间40min,反应温度70℃,碳酸钠溶液浓度2.00mol.L-1,CPAM用量2.0%。在最佳工艺条件下,隔热纸的导热系数为0.071w.(m.K)-1,比原纸下降了14.46%,隔热纸白度提高了22.3%,强度略有下降,但仍可以满足B级普通食品包装纸的使用要求。采用扫描电子显微镜-能谱(SEM-EDAX)对合成产物及隔热纸张的结构、性能进行了表征。结果表明,制备条件较易实现,碳酸镁可在纤维细胞内沉积。 The feasibility and process conditions of heat insulation paper manufacture based on in-situ deposition of magnesium carbonate in the hard pulp fibers were investigated. As a result, the better process conditions for magnesium carbonate heat insulation paper was that the concentration of sodium carbonate was 2.00mol·L^-1, the reaction temperature, the presoak time and the reaction time was 70℃, 20min and 40min respectively, and the dosage of CPAM was 2.0%. Compared with base paper, coefficient of heat conductivity of the paper was reduced by 14.46%, and the brightness was increased by 22.3%, however, the strength was lower than base paper, but it could still meet the requirement of grade B ordinary food wrapping paper.The synthetic product, microstructure and properties of the heat insulation paper were observed by SEM-EDAX. The results indicated that the condition of preparation was easy to fulfill; the magnesium carbonate deposited on the fibers surface and in the fiber cells.
