摘要
目的:分析雌孕激素联合治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的治疗效果,评价其应用价值。方法:将收治的60例青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者,按随机法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例,对照组给予患者单一雌激素治疗,治疗组联合使用雌孕激素治疗,治疗后对两组疗效及临床状况进行分析比较。结果:对照组的患者治疗总有效率为73.3%,治疗组为93.3%,疗效明显优于对照组,同时治疗组患者完全止血时间及住院时间较对照组显著缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雌孕激素联合治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血临床疗效显著,缩短了患者病程,该方法安全、方便、有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyse the female progestational hormone combination therapy adolescence function uterine bleeding lost the therapeutic effect of coherence and evaluate its application value.Methods 60 cases were obstetrics and gynecology hospital of adolescence function uterine bleeding patients lose tonality,according to stochastic method divided into treatment group and control group and each group each 30 cases and control giing patients a single estrogen therapy,the treatment group use a combination of female progestogen therapy in two groups,after treatment effect and clinical status carries on the analysis comparison.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group,the treatment group 73.3% for 93.3%,efficacy is obvious,and the treatment group than in control group with time and the length of time the complete bleeding was significantly shorter,more are statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The female progestational hormone combination therapy adolescence function lost uterine bleeding clinical curative effect is distinct coherence and shorten the patients,the method of safe,convenient and effective,and clinical application.
