摘要
目的:了解实施I131治疗甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)患者后医疗管理的情况。方法:使用后医疗管理软件系统,对2009年1月~2010年1月本院3 875例I131治疗甲亢患者资料进行分析,并与2008年比较。结果:I131治疗甲亢患者数、治愈率、电话随访成功率及返院复诊率明显增高,复发率、甲低率降低。结论:良好的后医疗管理,能有效地提高治疗效果和服务质量,增强医院的核心竞争力。
Objective To know about the outcome after conducting post medical management on treating hyperthyroidism.Method To analyze 3 875 diagnostic cases of the hyperthyroidism patients from Jan 2009 to Jan 2010,and then to compare with those of the year 2008.Results A sharp increases in hyperthyroidism patients,recovery rate,rate of phone follow-up and return rate,while decrease in recurrence rate.Conclusion An advanced post medical management can effectively enhance treatment result and service quality,thus enhancing the competitiveness of the hospital.
