摘要
目的:探讨醒脑静抢救急性重度乙醇中毒患者的临床治疗效果。方法:将72例急性重度乙醇中毒的患者随机分为醒脑静注射液治疗组(n=36)和对照组(n=36),醒脑静注射液治疗组应用醒脑静注射液治疗,其他治疗与对照组相同,对照组应用纳络酮治疗和常规治疗,观察两组患者神志恢复时间以及神志恢复正常时头痛、头晕症状。结果:醒脑静注射液治疗组和对照组神志恢复时间分别为(150±68.4)min和(260.3±92.5)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);神志恢复正常后头痛、头晕、四肢无力等症状患者数分别为13.89%(5/36)和36.11%(13/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用醒脑静注射液抢救急性重度乙醇中毒患者疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of acute serious alcoholism.Method The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The remedial group（n=36） was treated with Xingnaojing injection,naloxone hydrochloride and routine therapy;The control group（n=36） was treated with naloxone hydrochloride and routine therapy.Sober time and the sober-minded symptoms were observed.Results The sober time in the remedial group and the control group were（150±8.4） min and（102.3±10.5） min,respectively,and difference was significant（P0.05）.The sober-minded after treatment,patients still with symptoms such as headache,lighheadness and general fatigue were observed in 5 cases,accounted for 13.89%（5/36） in the remedial group and 13 cases,36.11%（13/36） in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Using Xingnaojing injection to treat acute serious alcoholism patients has a remarkable effect and is worth being used widely in clinical works.
