头面部带状疱疹89例回顾性分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨头面部带状疱疹的发病特点、治疗与疱疹后遗神经痛的相关性。方法回顾性分析89例患者的一般资料、临床表现、治疗及临床转归。结果头面部带状疱疹的发病有自身的特点,其并发症及PHN的发生与患者年龄、初诊时间、治疗用药相关。结论早期诊断、及时积极治疗是缩短头面部带状疱疹病程和减少并发症的关键。
