摘要
本文通过对上海科技馆十年运营管理工作的回顾，把上海科技馆的十年发展历程看成为一个运营的过程，对其所采取的具有自身特点、行之有效的主要运营手段及产生的影响，进行初步的总结评估。在肯定运营成功经验的基础上，找出问题和不足，从中认识到运营管理在科技馆工作中的战略性地位，运营过程对运营目标实现的至关重要性。从而丰富科技馆运营管理的理论思考，为提升上海科技馆在发展成熟期的运营管理水平提供借鉴。
This paper concludes the ten years development as an experience of operation and management in Shanghai Science ＆ Technology Museum. The museum＇s own characteristic way of operation method and its positive influences are summarized briefly. Besides the successful points, this paper also tries to find out the shortness in its management. It is important that the operation and management work is essential for achieving our museum＇s mission. With this understandarding we can provide more reasonal thinking to the museum practices, whieh may be helpful to advance museum operation and management in the maturity period of the museum.
