摘要
为利用康氏木霉(Trichoderma.koningii)降解稻草提供工艺参数,以康氏木霉(T.koningii)N18为菌株,进行了固体发酵产纤维素酶条件的优化。确定了康氏木霉(T.koningii)的最佳固体发酵培养条件:稻草:麸皮的最佳比例为6:2,最佳氮源为(NH)SO,碳氮比为6:1,含水量为200%,最适产酶pH为6.0,最佳产酶温度为28℃,最佳产酶时间为7d,康氏木霉(T.koningii)所产纤维素酶各组分酶活力分别为:羧甲基纤维素酶活力为321.64U.mL,滤纸分解酶活力为59.58U.mL。4 2
The culture conditions for the production of cellulases was optimized by using Trichoderma.koningii N 18.Results indicated that the highest level of Solid fermentation occurred in the optimal ration of straw and bran 6:2,and ammonium sulfate was the best nitrogen source with the optimal ratio of C:N 6:1.And the water content was 200% with the optimal conditions of enzyme pH 6.0.The optimal culture temperature was 28 ℃,and the optimal time was 7d.Under the optimal culture condition,the activities of CMcase and FPAase were 321.64U·mL^-1 and 59.58 U·mL^-1,respectively.
