摘要
运动性疲劳与恢复过程是现代体育的科学研究中的一个重要的课题,作为一种生理现象,一直伴随运动训练的全过程。通过研究发现,中枢及外周运动性疲劳主要由各种生化机制引起,针对这种生化机制可以从营养补品、中药以及心理暗示三方面来恢复运动性疲劳,从而指导运动训练,提高训练效果。
Sports fatigue and the process of recovery is always regarded as an important issue in the scientific research of modern sports. Sport fatigue is a physiological phenomenon, which may occur through sports training process. It is found that central and peripheral fatigues mainly result from biochemical mechanisms. It can be recovered by means of nutritional supplements, Chinese medicine and psychological suggestions, through which the exercise training can be guided and the training effect can also be improved.
