摘要
目的评价Poseidon数字血型仪用于ABO血型和Rh(D)血型检测的可行性。方法采用Xantus全自动加样器和Poseidon数字血型仪组合的全自动血型检测系统进行ABO血型和Rh(D)血型检测,与u型微板法、试管法进行比较。结果对本血液中心10113名无偿献血者进行检测,数字血型仪对ABO血型一次判读正确率为99.97%,U型微板法对ABO血型判读正确率为99.93%。数字血型仪检测出Rh(D)阴性39例,经血型研究室确证38例。数字血型仪捡出正反定型不合10例,频率为0.99‰;U型微板法检出正反定型不合14例,频率为1.38‰。结论Poseidon数字血型仪能准确进行ABO血型和Rh(D)血型检测.降低人为因素影响.提高血型检测自动化水平.有较大的使用价值。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of poseidon digital blood instrument for ABO and Rh (D)blood type test. Methods ABO and Rh (D) blood type were tested by combination of xantus automatic pipette and poseidon digital instrument.The automatic method was compared with U type microplate method and tube method. Results 10113 voluntary blood donors of chengdu blood center were detected.The accuracy of ABO blood type using digital instrument was 99.97%, the accuracy of ABO blood type using U type microplate method was 99.93%. 39 cases of Rh (D) negative were detected using digital instrument, of which 38 cases were confirmed by blood research laboratory. 10 cases of inconsistency of positive and negative stereotypes were tested by digital blood instrument,the frequency was 0.99‰. 14 cases of inconsistency of positive and negative stereotypes were tested by U type microplate method,the frequency was 1.38‰. Conclusion Poseidon digital blood instrument can detect ABO and Rh (D) blood type accurately.The method is useful by reducing human factors and improving the level of automation.
