摘要
目的观察参一胶囊联合化疗对晚期大肠癌化疗疗效的影响。方法采用随机、平行对照实验设计。入组患者随机分为实验组和对照组，考察参一胶囊联合化疗对疗效的影响。结果试验组和对照组化疗有效率分别为59．09％和50．00％；比较差异皆有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论参一胶囊联合化疗治疗晚期结肠癌可以提高化疗疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of shenyjiaonang chemotherapy for later period colorectal cancer. Methods With random and parallel control experiment. The patients is divided into experiment group and control group. Investigate the chemotherapy effect of shenyiJiaonang for coloroetal cancer. Results The efficiency of experiment group and control group of poorly differentiated（A group） is 59.09% and 50.00%. The curative effect of this two group have statistical significance （p〈0.05）. Conclusion The shenyijiaonang combined chemotherapy for the later period coloreetal cancer has good effect.
