摘要
目的:探讨生物梅里埃HIV第四代试剂在HIV抗体筛查程序中的应用。方法:对18例HIV抗体初筛阳性标本采用三种筛查试剂进行复检试验,将复检结果与确证结果进行比较。结果:用生物梅里埃HIV第四代试剂进行初筛试验,若标本S/CO比值≥6.0,用其他筛查试剂复检,结果均为阳性,与确证结果一致;若标本S/CO比值为1.0～5.9之间,用其他筛查试剂复检,结果为阴性,确证结果为阴性或不确定。结论:生物梅里埃HIV第四代试剂具有较高的敏感性。
Objective：According to National Guideline for Detection of HIV/AIDS（2009）,discuss the application of Bio-Merieux Ⅳ Reagent in HIV antibody screening procedure.Methods：Using three screening reagents to retest among 18 screening positive samples,then comparing the results of retest and confirmed test.Results：If the sample of s/co≥6.0 in screening test by using Bio-Merieux Ⅳ Reagent,the results of retest were all positive by using other screening reagents,which was consistent with the confirmed result.If the sample of s/co 1.0～5.9,the results of retest were negative by using other reagents,the confirmed results were negative or uncertain.Conclusion：Bio-Merieux Ⅳ Reagent is provided with high sensitivity applying corresponding HIV antibody screening procedure of National Guideline for Detection of HIV/AIDS（2009） can issue the report of HIV antibody screening accurately and rapidly.
