摘要
目的:研究不同浸提方法对药用卤化丁基橡胶塞体外细胞毒性评价的影响。方法:采用不同的浸提方法制备了浸提液,以MTT法评价药用卤化丁基橡胶塞浸提液对小鼠成纤维细胞L929活性与增殖的影响。结果:通过不同的浸提方法制备的浸提液,11批中的9批样品体外细胞毒性实验出现了有统计学意义的差异。结论:破坏原有样品的正常形态即改变表面积与体积比对于评价卤化丁基橡胶塞的体外细胞毒性实验(MTT)是有影响的。
Objective: To evaluate effect of different extracting methods on cytotoxicity of halogenated butyl rubber.Methods: Eleven of halogenated butyl rubber was prepared by different extract methods.L-929 mouse fibroblasts were evaluated by MTT assay after incubation with different extracts.Results: Nine of.eleven halogenated butyl rubber extracted by different methods show statistically significant.Conclusion: Destruction of the normal form of the halogenated butyl rubber that is change the ration of surface area and volume in extracting will effect the results of In vitro cytotoxicity test by MTT.
