摘要
目的考察苍耳草水及丙酮提取物的体外抗菌作用。方法测定苍耳草水及丙酮提取物的最低抑菌浓度,研究两种提取物对铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、鸭沙门氏杆菌、金色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌的抗菌作用。结果苍耳草水提取物对5种细菌均有一定的抑菌作用;但丙酮提取物的抗菌作用较弱。结论苍耳草水提取物具有一定的体外抗菌作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the antibacterial effects of aqueous extracts and acetone extract of Xanthium sibiricum Patrin ex Widder.in vitro.METHODS Minimal inhibitory concentration of Xanthium sibiricum Patrin ex Widder.were determined in vitro.and the antibiotic action of the two extracts against Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,Salmonella anatum,Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis was studied.RESULTS The aqueous extracts had antimicrobial effect,but the acetone extracts had little.CONCLUSION It showed that the aqueous extracts of Xanthium sibiricum Patrin ex Widder.had obvious antibacteria action.
