Evaluation of Pipes in Vacuum Sewage Interception Engineering Based on Value Analysis Method

摘要 基于工程实践提出了老城区截污工程可采用真空排水技术,并应用价值分析法对工程所在老城区常见的塑料管材进行了比选。首先,在充分调研塑料管材实际应用特点的基础上,结合老城区各类截流污水的特点,从耐磨性、耐腐蚀性和耐负压能力等三方面开展了真空截污工程塑料管材的试验研究;其次,计算得出了各类管材的功能价值系数;再次,通过对老城区塑料管材厂家各类管材的工程报价进行了调研,计算得出了管材的价格系数;最后,利用价值分析原理对常见塑料管材进行了综合比选。通过价值分析发现,各类塑料管材各具特点,其中UPVC综合价值指数最高,为工程首选。 A new vacuum drainage technology for sewage interception in old urban districts was developed based on engineering practice, and the evaluation of plastic pipes for vacuum sewage interception was carried out using value analysis method. Firstly, based on the investigation of actual application of plastic pipes and combined with the characteristics of sewage from old urban districts, the experimental research on plastic pipes for vacuum sewage interception was conducted in three aspects of abrasion resistante, corrosion resistance and anti-negative pressure. Secondly, the function value coefficients of plastic pipes were calculated. Thirdly, the price coefficients of plastic pipes were calculated through the quoted price from manufacturers. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation of common plastic pipes was carried out based on the value analysis method. Aeeording to the analysis, among the different plastic pipes, UPVC pipe has the highest index value and is the best choice for practical application.
