摘要
介绍了西江引水工程中穿越大型立交采用的盾构及内衬钢管技术。鉴于所穿越立交的地理、地质条件和实施环境,选用了盾构法构筑隧道,并创造性地采用了内衬钢管的衬砌方案。钢管承受内部水压,盾构管片承受外压,加强了管道的安全可靠性。同时,对施工过程中的地面沉降控制,内衬钢管的对接、安装,自密实混凝土的浇筑等进行了论述,供同类工程参考。
Shield and lined steel pipe technologies for crossing large-scale overpass in the Xijiang River water diversion project are introduced. Due to the conditions of geography and geology and the environment for construction, the shield method and the lining method with internal steel pipe were used. The steel pipe is subjected to the internal pressure of water while the shield segment is subjected to the external pressure of water, enhancing the safety of the whole system. The control of ground setting during construction, the butt and welding of the lined steel pipe and the pouring of self-compaction concrete are described for reference for the similar projects.
