摘要
范仲淹作为活动于北宋中期官场上的重要人物,其荐举思想反映了该时段荐举制度的特征。范仲淹不仅重视对重要差遣的荐举,在宋代已有的选人改官需用举主以外,他还提出京朝官磨勘也需要举主,对荐举制度起到了补充和完善的作用。同时,通过对范仲淹荐举关系的考察,可以得知北宋中期荐举的基础是举主对被荐举者的了解,其运转常态是依照荐举制度的规定进行的。
FAN Zhong- yan is important person who is very active in the official during the middle period of northern Song Dynasty. His recommend thoughts reflect the characteristics of that time. FAN Zhong-yan attached importance to recommend important sending, in addition to the recommend candidate reform officer and proposed that the official rank of Jing chao guan also have to be recommen- ded, which played additional and perfect function for the recommend system. At the same time by the way of inspecting Fan Zhong- yan＇ s recommend relationship. It is clear that the recommend system is normally operated on the recommend provision in the middle northern song and is based on the understanding of the recommended people.
