摘要
自2004年以来,高校辅导员在高校学生思想政治教育工作中的重要性日益受到社会的关注。在这种大好形势下,一方面,高校辅导员受到了前所未有的关注,并逐渐吸引诸多硕士、博士毕业生加入到这一队伍中来;另一方面,一部分在岗的辅导员缺乏职业规划已严重影响了整个队伍的稳定和发展,许多高校面临的不是"选人"的问题,而是如何"留住人"和"留住高水平的人"的现实难题。因此,很有必要去探索、发掘可行的辅导员队伍健康发展途径。
