摘要
目的探讨大一新生对学校环境的感知与适应性之间的关系。方法采用按学号随机抽样法抽取123名山西某高校大一新生,并采用情境测量自编问卷和中国大学生适应量表进行调查。结果大一新生对学校情境的感知与适应性成正相关(r=0.382,P<0.01);学校环境的社会因子与新生的适应性存在正相关(r=0.461,P<0.01);在感知差异方面,学生干部对社会因子的感知要优于非学生干部(t=2.521,P=0.015),且差别具有统计学意义。结论大一新生对学校环境的感知与适应性之间的相关明显,加强学校环境建设有利于新生的适应。
Objective To study the relationship between the perceptions of the school environment and adaptability of freshmen.Methods The sample contained 123 freshmen,randomly selected from one college in Shanxi Province,and investigated by using self-compiled situation-measuring questionnaire and Chinese college student's adaptation scale.Results It showed that freshmen's perceptions of school environment and their adaptation yield a positive correlation(r=0.382,P0.01);the social factors in school environment also maintained a positive correlation with the adaptability of freshmen(r=0.461,P0.01);with respect to the perception difference,the student leaders' perception of social factors was superior to the non-student leaders(r=2.521,P=0.015),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The freshmen's perception of the school environment and their adaptability show apparent correlation,so strengthening the construction of school environment is beneficial to the better adaptation of freshmen.
