摘要
高校学生民主化管理是高校民主政治建设的必然要求,是贯彻落实党的教育方针,培养合格建设者和可靠接班人的必然途径,是对学生民主意识培养和教育的必然过程。本文通过分析行政学领域的"金鱼缸效应"的理论内涵,总结行政管理民主化模式的有效途径,为建构高校学生管理民主化管理的科学模式提供有效借鉴。
