摘要
目的:全面了解以及更好执行2010年版《中国药典》(一部)对毒性药材的相关规定,确保临床用药的安全与合理。方法:对2010年版《中国药典》(一部)收载毒性药材与饮片内容进行归类与分析。结果与结论:2010年版《中国药典》(一部)共收载毒性药材83种,其毒性分级、用法与用量、妊娠禁忌与配伍禁忌等具有不同特点,为临床安全合理用药提供了依据与指导,故应慎重对待并严格执行。同时,毒性药材的标准规范研究还有待进一步深入。
OBJECTIVE：To understand roundly and better implement the related regulations of toxic medical materials in the first part of Chinese Pharmacopoeia（2010 edition）,and to ensure safe and rational drug use in the clinic.METHODS：The contents of toxic medical material and decoction pieces in Chinese Pharmacopoeia（2010 edition） were classified and analyzed.RESULTS CONCLUSION：There were a total of 83 toxic medical materials recorded in the first part of Chinese Pharmacopoeia（2010 edition）.Toxicity grading,usage and dosage,contraindication in pregnancy and incompatibility of medicines possessed different characteristics.It provide evidence and guidance for the safe and rational use of drugs in the clinic,so they should be treated carefully and be enforced strictly.At the same time,the standards on toxic medical materials should be further in-depth studied.
