摘要
通过对贸易溢出模型的扩展,采用省级面板数据建立技术溢出模型,对我国四大区域的技术溢出效应进行实证研究,揭示出影响各区域技术进步的因素。实证结果表明,我国四大区域技术进步主要依靠国内研发资本的溢出和技术创新能力的提高,国际技术溢出只是起到了一定的促进作用。其中,东部地区技术进步主要依靠自主创新,FDI对中部地区技术进步有明显的促进作用,西部地区技术进步依靠国内外资本的注入和自主技术创新能力的提高,国内外先进技术溢出都对东北地区技术进步有较大地促进作用。实证研究结果为实施区域产业结构升级调整提供了有益的参考。
Through the expanded trade spillover model, this paper carries out the empirical study on the four regions of the country by adopting provincial panel data to establish the technology spillover model, so that the influencing factors of the regional technological progress can be found. The empirical results present evidence that technological progress in China's four major regions mainly depends on domestic R&D capital spillover and technological innovation capability, whereas international technology spillover only plays a minor part. Specifically, technological progress in the eastern region mainly relies on independent innovation; and that is significantly promoted by FDI in the central region; technological progress in the western region depends on the injection of foreign capital and the capability of self-innovation; besides, technological progress in the northeast region is greatly promoted by domestic and foreign advanced technology spillovers. The empirical results provide instructive suggestions for the adjustment of the regional industrial structure.
