摘要 介绍了花青素的生物合成过程相关的酶和基因,以及主要环境因子光、温度和糖对花青素合成的调控作用。 This paper reviews the enzymes and structural genes in the biosynthesis pathway of anthocyanin,and the regulation of major environmental factors including light,temperature and sugars on the synthesis of anthocyanin.
