摘要
针对小区停车库管理智能化的需求,设计了一套基于Windows平台的车辆识别和信息管理系统.该系统的硬件可以进行车牌图像采集和存储,软件采用模块化思想设计,可以进行车牌字符分割、车牌字符识别,以及对车辆信息进行数据库管理.系统采用Visual C++与MATLAB混合编程方法进行开发,具有实时性好、界面友好、处理正确率高等优点,具有一定的工程实用价值.
In oder to meet the intelligent management needs of garage in living community,introduces a design of license plate recognition and management system based on Windows.The hardware of this system can collecting and storing the vehicle images,the software using modular design method provides the functions of character segmentation,character recognition,and management of vehicle information using databank.Using mixed programming methods between Matlab and Visual C++,the system has several advantages,such as good real-time performance,friendly interface and high processing accuracy,so it is able to meet the demand for practical use in the society.
