摘要
目的：筛选建立Ｒｈ 阴性血型队伍。方法：应用血型血清学方法对２８ １００ 名献血员行Ｒｈｏ（Ｄ）抗原筛选。结果：Ｒｈｏ（Ｄ）阴性者５６ 名，占０．２０％ ；Ｄｕ 型４ 名，占０．０１％ 。结论：筛选建立Ｒｈ阴性血型队伍，对于安全有效地输血具有重要意义。
Objective:Negative Rh blood type is rare It was a difficact problem that we supplied blood for the negative Rh patients It was a important way that we sifted and establisheda negative Rh rare blood type troops ,they supply their blood for clinical negative Rh patients Methods: we have sifted Rho(D) antigen from 28 100 donate blood members and reserched it.Results:56 negative Rho(D) persons was sifted from 28 1000 donate blood members,they constituted 0 2 per cent and their blood have used D u type persons was sifted,they constituted 0 01 per cent, Condusion: It developped unsubstitue function that we sifted and established negative Rh blood type troops intransfusion territory, it performed an important function intransfusion safe and efficacious
