摘要
深圳平安国际金融中心主体建筑高度为597m,建成后将为深圳第一高楼。项目采用了美国绿色建筑协会创新系统技术,根据LEED NCv2.2新建筑相关节水要求制定设计目标。介绍了其采用的节水设计策略:节水洁具、雨水回收利用、空调冷凝水及冷却塔更换水回收利用,并分析了其节水效益。雨水回收可消除利用市政自来水浇灌,采用节水洁具与空调冷凝水及冷却塔更换水回收能有效减少市政自来水的使用量并将建筑废水排放减少50%,为超限高层建筑节水设计提供参考。
The height of main structure of Shenzhen PingAn International Financail Center is designed to be 597 m,which will be the tallest building in Shenzhen after construction completion.This project used the creative system technology of American Green Building Council and decided the design goal according to the LEED NCv2.2 new building related water-saving requirements.This paper introduced the water-saving design strategy used in this project:water-saving ware,rainwater recycling,air condition condensed water,and cooling tower replace water recycling,and analyzed the water-saving benefit.Rainwater recycling could avoid irrigation by pipe water,and water-saving ware utilization and the recycling of air condition condensed water and cooling tower replace water could efficiently reduce the municipal pipe water consumption and decreased the building wastewater discharge by 50%,which would offer reference for beyond-limitation high-rise building water-saving design.
