摘要
目的探讨确保小儿输液安全的有效管理方法。方法将60例接受静脉治疗的患儿作为试验组,采用输液全程环节质量控制方法;对照组采用回顾性调查输液患儿60例,比较两组患儿家长满意度、护理缺陷、护理投诉、护理风险的发生情况,并进行卡方检验。结果试验组患儿家长满意度、护理缺陷、护理风险及护理投诉情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对小儿输液治疗实施环节质量控制,病人家属满意度高,护理投诉、护理纠纷及护理缺陷明显减少。环节质量控制是一种有效的护理质量管理方法。
Objective To explore the effective management methods of ensuring the pediatric transfusion safety.Methods 60 children who received intravenous therapy were as the test group,the link quality control methods of the whole infusion process were used;60 transfusion children who were retrospectively investigated were as the control group,to compare the satisfaction of children＇s parents,nursing defects,nursing complaints,nursing risks,and to analyze the data by chi-square test.Results The satisfaction of children＇s parents,nursing defects,nursing risks,nursing complaints in test group were obviously better than the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion By the implementation of link quality control in pediatric transfusion treatment,the satisfaction of children＇s parents is improved,nursing complaints,nursing disputes and nursing defects are significantly reduced.The link quality control is an effective method of nursing quality management.
