智能运动训练系统在习惯性便秘中的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 便秘即排便频率减少,7d内排便次数2~3次以下,排便困难,粪便干结[1]。排便困难严重者甚至会造成肛裂、便血,不仅增加病人生理、心理上的痛苦,还有可能引发脑出血、心肌梗死、大肠癌等。近年来发病率有明显增加趋势。其原因之一就是腹肌及盆底肌肉张力不足,排便推动力缺乏,笔者应用MOTOmed Viva2智能运动训练系统结合运动疗法治疗便秘53例,取得良好效果,现报道如下。
