摘要
阐述光梳技术、彭宁阱技术和瓦特天平三项实验新技术对基本物理常数的影响越来越重要;实验技术的新成果为提高物理常数的精度提供了条件;高精度的物理测量为新的科学发现奠定了基础,进一步体现了基本物理常数与科学技术的发展起着相互促进的作用.
