摘要
公安教育改革的要求使公安行政法教学面临新的机遇和挑战,如何积极有效应对是我们必须思考和解决的问题。本文以"实训课程"教学创新模式的组织运作为例,研讨集行政法基础理论、基本知识和执法技能为一体的公安行政法新型教学模式——"执法场景模拟"。实训教学模式的整体构想,以期达成让学生接触公安实战工作具体情况、复习巩固公安行政法相关知识、锻炼独立思考能力、模拟运行公安行政执法程序、综合运用公安行政法理论和规范、提高理论联系实际的能力。
The requires of public security education reform make the teaching of public security administrative law face new opportunities and challenges, how to respond positively and effectively are the problems we should consider and figure out. This paper uses the organization and operation of the ＂practical training courses＂ teaching innovation mode as example, discusses the new teaching mode of public security administrative law the holistic idea of ＂ the simulated scene of law enforcement＂ as practical training teaching mode, which includes the basic theory, knowledge and enforcing skills of administrative law. It is expected to let the students feel the real police work circumstances, review and consolidate the relative knowledge of public security administrative law, exercise the independent thinking ability, simulate the public security administrative enforcement procedures, use the theory and criterion of public security administrative law roundly, and improve the ability to integrate theory with practice.
