摘要
进口全自动循环往复锯的自动控制装置可编程序控制器(简称PC机)用户程序丢失,该锯停产。现场操作人员经过调查分析,找出了损坏部件,共同修复硬件和软件恢复PC机功能锯机正常生产。
Studying on the automatic control units of LS- 1200 saw, the authors find out the reason of causing the user program lost, and repair the destructive units and reprocess the user program. After repairing, the saw is got into normal production.
