防砂卡分层压裂管柱研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 目前在国内外分层压裂管柱中,主要存在着:一是在现场施工过程中压下层时,不能对下级封隔器打平衡压,保护封隔器和隔层;二是不能解决下级封隔器出现砂卡只能留存井底造成井下事故的问题。为了克服上述问题特研制了该防砂卡分层压裂管柱。通过对上级封隔器YZ331设计单向组合式密封结构实现在压下层时对下级封隔器Y453打平衡压,保护封隔器和隔层。下级封隔器Y453本体通过选用球墨铸铁可钻材料,砂卡时可直接钻除,从本质上消除了砂卡下级封隔器造成井下事故问题。从现场8口井的试验情况看,工艺成功率100%,并取得了较好的应用效果,为直井、大斜度井的分层压裂提供了技术支撑。 At present,during fracturing,the separate layer fracturing string can't use equilibrium pressure acting on the lower packer to protect the lower packer and interlayer,and the sand sticking of the lower packer can't be solved,it can only be retained downhole to lead to underground accidents.Especially,the separate layer fracturing string used for sanding in prevention was developed to overcome the above problems.Through design unidirectional composite seal structure in the higher-up packer YZ331,when the higher-up packer YZ331 pushed down the underlayer,the lower packer Y453 also was pressed by balance pressure to protect the packer and interlayer.The lower packer Y453 was made of ductile iron that could be directly drilled when sanding in occurred,the underground accidents caused by sanding in packer could be eliminated.Through field tests in 8 wells,the success rate was 100% and better application effect were obtained.
