摘要
针对重庆市土地资源的特点及问题,在国内关于区域土地生态安全研究成果的基础上,基于"压力-状态-响应"框架模型,构建了一套土地资源生态安全评价指标体系,采用熵权赋权法确定指标权重,运用土地资源生态安全综合模型对该区域2000—2009年的土地生态安全综合指数进行了计算。结果表明,区域土地生态安全综合指数由2000年的0.160升高至2009年的0.695,2000年土地生态安全属于"敏感级",2009年则进入"良好级",整体生态安全状态呈好转趋势,但土地所受的生态压力整体上有所加大。土地生态安全状况的改善主要依赖于对土地生态环境的治理,现阶段土地的生态压力依然严峻。对2000—2009年的土地生态安全变化进行趋势拟合,显示土地生态安全综合状况已进入快速改善阶段。
According to the main features and practical problems in the fields of land resources ecological security research in Three Gorges Reservoir Area, based on the Press-State-Response framework model, the paper develop and build a set of evaluation index system. By the use of entropy weight to determine the weight, the use of land resources ecological security integrated model, the land ecological security index were calculated. The results showed that comprehensive land resources ecological security index increased from 0. 160 to 0.695 during 2000-- 2009, the land of ecologieal safety in a "sensitive stage" period in 2000, in a "performing safety level" period in 2009, the overall trend of eco-security status was improved in spite that the ecological pressure on the whole land suffered somewhat increased. Existing land resources ecological security situation improved mainly depends on the solve of ecologieal environment problems, the land at this stage still bears severe ecological stress. The fitting resuits of the changes trends of the land resources ecological security during 2000--2009 indicate that the land eeologieal security situation has entered a rapid improvement stage.
