摘要
环境法制建设是解决环境问题的重要手段。本文分析了我国高校环境类专业开设环境法课程的现状,指出该类课程应该成为环境类专业的一门重要的专业必修课程,应加强学习,这对于落实高校环境教育、培养环境类复合型人才、提高公众环境意识和推进可持续发展战略都有积极的作用。
The development of environmental law is an important tool to solve environmental problems. In this study, we analyzed the course status of environmental law set up in college currently and indicated that this course should be learned as an important specialized complusory course. Through the training by this course, it is helpful to fullfil environmental education resposibility in college,to cultivate sophisciated students,and to speed sustainable development in China.
