摘要
心率是反映体内代谢较灵敏的生理指标,它具有实用、简便等特点,在运动实践中能充当一个非常重要的角色,可以综合反应运动时体内的生理状况,也可以反映训练和比赛时的运动强度,因此如何科学的利用心率变化情况进行体育教学是十分重要的,也是十分必要的。本文通过对体育专业和非体育专业学生心率前后变化分析讨论不同专业教学对心率的影响,得出经过系统训练的学生运动前后心率变化较小,且安静时的心率低于非体育专业的学生。
The heart rate is sensitive physiological index reflecting metabolism, and it is practical, simple and plays a very important role in the movement practice. It can synthetically reflect the physiological condition during exercise, as well as exercise intensity during training and competition. Therefore, how to scientifically use the change of heart rate is the important task in physical education teaching. This paper discusses the influence of dif- ferent major teaching on heart rate, finds out that the heart rate of trained systematically students changes little be- fore and after exercise. Their rest heart rate is low than that of non - sports professional student.
