摘要
对11个铸钢-轧钢板件对焊接头试件进行了疲劳试验,接头处不等厚板件采用1:4坡度过渡,并辅助垫板采用V形坡口焊缝连接。分析了铸钢-轧钢板件不同壁厚比、焊接质量对接头疲劳性能的影响,介绍了国外过去类似构造的铸钢-轧钢板件对焊接头的疲劳性能研究状况,将试验数据与国外研究成果进行了比较分析,对此类铸钢-轧钢板件对焊接头的疲劳强度设计提出了建议。
Fatigue tests were carried out on 11 specimens of butt-welded joints between cast steel and rolled steel plates.A 1:4 transition for different thicknesses and V-groove butt weld with backing strip were used at the joint.Effects of different ratios of thicknesses between cast steel and rolled steel plates and welding defects on fatigue behavior were investigated.Past research results of similar joints from other literatures in the world were reviewed,and comparison study was made between the experimental results in this paper and those in the literatures.Design guidelines for fatigue strength of butt-welded joints between cast steel and rolled steel were recommended.
