个体基因杂合度对山西白猪体重和体尺性状的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Individual Gene Heterozygosity on the Traits of Body Weights and Body Sizes in Shanxi White Pig

摘要 选用FAO-ISAG联合推荐的21个微卫星标记分析了山西白猪128个个体的基因型,利用中性微卫星座位计算个体基因杂合度,采用单变量动物模型分析个体基因杂合度水平对山西白猪初生重、断奶重、6月龄体重、体长、体高、胸围和活体背膘厚等7个性状的影响。结果表明,个体基因杂合度水平仅对初生重有显著影响(P<0.05),杂合度水平为6时(杂合度为0.568),初生重最高,但该类个体后期生长发育慢,6月龄体重较低;杂合度水平为3(杂合度为0.373)的个体,生长发育良好,且6月龄背膘较薄,符合育种目标和市场需求。 Twenty-one microsatellite markers recommended by FAO-ISAG were used for genotyping the 128 pigs of Shanxi White pig.The neutral microsatellite loci of the 21 markers were employed to calculate the individual gene heterozygosity.The pigs were classified into six categories based on the individual gene heterozygosity by stepwise 0.05.The univariable animal model was used to analyze the gene heterozygosity level on the traits of birth weight,weaning weight,body weight,body length,body height,chest girth and back fat thickness at six-month age.The results showed that the gene heterozygosity level had significant effect on birth weight.Although the birth weight at heterozygosity 6 was significantly higher than those at level 1 and 2,its growth rate was slower and the body weight at six-month age was lower.Pigs at heterozygosity level 3(mean heterozygosity was 0.373) had better performance in growth and development,and its back fat thickness was thinner,which met the requirements of pig breeding purpose and market demands,and should be selected firstly in the breeding process of Shanxi White pig.
